- Pay 1 month advance + 2 months security deposit (Returned on checkout) for yearly contract.
- Pay 1 month advance + 1 month security deposit (Returned on checkout) for monthly contract.
- Studio & 1 bedroom pay 350/month for water charge. Electricity 6 baht/unit used.
- 2 bedroom pay 500/month for water charge. Electricity 6 baht/unit used.
- Water and electricity charge are included for daily rates.
- An extra bed is available at an additional charge of 300 baht/bed/night.
- Check out time 12.00 noon.
